Hi OP, look into "NUC" PCs. They are small form factor and work like a desktop PC without the huge size :) You won't be able to game as much on it because you probably won't find one with a dedicated graphics card, but if what you need is a small form factor PC that can run Windows, that might be an option worth considering! Also... I'd recommend just trying out Linux Mint. It's one of the most user friendly and deplatforming from Microsoft might improve your day (if you don't need the Office software).
