Here you go. Not available on US Amazon for a while now, might be in Japan. Other ones exist but I can't vouch for them, although I will say that what minor problems I had with this one disappeared completely with a particular Nvidia driver update last year, so the inconsistent quality I found with various fiber optic cables I tried might have been just an Nvidia issue all along. This one appears to have the same connector housing and may be the same manufacturer.
