There is a book that you might like called The Simple Six. It's very similar to this idea, although you do all exercises every day, with one exercise each day being the focus. I'm not sure I'm comfortable saying much more without giving away the program. It's a very small book. The workouts probably take closer to 20 minutes per day. I'd recommend just picking it up and giving it a shot. The biggest compliment I can give it is to say that it feels like a Dan John program. I'd have a tough time believing the author wasn't heavily influenced by DJ and Easy Strength (although sadly fails to give any credit).
