Ozark Trail branded aluminum ones from walmart lasted me like 500+ miles on the CDT last summer. Needed something in a pinch while in town and thought the $30 price point for the set was worth it for how long they lasted. (I'm the same height/size as you) https://www.walmart.com/ip/Ozark-Trail-Brand-Aluminum-Adjustable-Quick-Lock-Trekking-Poles-with-Cork-Grip-2-Hiking-Poles/700250552?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1200
I have the Walmart trekking poles I beat them the hell up. I like to bushwack for peakbagging and I'll use them to clear a path through briars. They have been going strong for 5 years. Occasionally part of it will fly off when I'm swinging but I slam it back in and good to go
