Howdy! I know I'm late to the party but for akoni, the square bit is proprietary to them. Optical shops that carry akoni will have the tool, and you can find those shops on the store locator on the akoni website (kind of annoying unfortunately). The hinge mechanism however is a standard M2.32 size nut driver! My coworker just informed me that the square akoni tool is just a 1mm robertson screwdriver bit.
