I second the choice by Wonderful-process. Most of the KEMIMOTO stuff is "high grade Chinesium". They at least have good customer service. If $60 is too much, then you need to be in backpack territory. I ride with a hydration pack almost everywhere. In the pack, I keep my stuff: raincoat, energy bars, other drinks, etc. Then my DR isn't loaded down with bags. And a bonus: the hydration bottle makes a great impact protector.
