Your best bet for bang for the buck and a warranty that will be honored if something goes wrong is to get a pre-built ibuypower or cyberpower from Walmart as they also take Affirm and other buy now, pay later programs. Any of their offerings will have all of your desired ports. The more you spend, the more powerful it will be. If you're doing editing and streaming, I'd recommend one with an Nvidia graphics card so you can leverage their NVENC encoder for those tasks. If it were just for gaming, I'd say go for an AMD graphics card. CPU won't matter as much, Intel or AMD will be fine. Any basic adhesive heatsink kit will help. Not knowing what your power brick looks like, this is a safe bet, or something like these would be a little more aesthetic if they fit your brick.
