If you're doing editing and streaming, I'd recommend one with an Nvidia graphics card so you can leverage their NVENC encoder for those tasks. If it were just for gaming, I'd say go for an AMD graphics card. CPU won't matter as much, Intel or AMD will be fine. Any basic adhesive heatsink kit will help.
