Yep, silvadene was the antibiotic cream that I used in the AM. I'd cover it first with a hydrogel dressing [https://a.co/d/05Ns0KMS] and then a dry gauze [https://www.walmart.com/ip/Band-Aid-Sterile-Gauze-Pads-Large-25-count/39074953?classType=VARIANT&athbdg=L1100&sid=d91176ef-bc73-4142-a774-5235d2c37147] so that I could tape. After my evening shower, I would use the santyl ointment [https://santyl.com/sites/default/files/2020-06/SAPE38-21675-0420-SANTYL.pdf] and do the same procedure for dressing/covering it. I also DID NOT wear my faja so that I wouldn't slow down/inhibit bloody supply. I'm in swell hell now, but it really helped. I am also staying in the recliner with my feet up and not trying to do too much (no hanging laundry, no pulling dishes out of the dishwasher, etc). I'm just wearing a nightgown/muumuu and living the sloth life hahaha! I'm also drinking tons of water, getting protein in, avoiding sodium, and taking Juven [https://www.amazon.com/stores/Juven/page/3E078254-B87A-4028-8A8C-B66A280B5944?lp_asin=B0791Z478G&ref_=cm_sw_r_ud_ast_store_12DXKSMQA2AMVJ2QMG5A&store_ref=bl_ast_dp_brandlogo_sto] 2x daily. It's on sale today for Prime days! I also got a book rec from my lymphatic drainage massage therapist, and it was really thorough with tons of research/citations. It is Plastic Surgery Recovery Handbook by Kathleen Helen Lisson, CLT.
