All you are doing is nitpicking individual elements of the plan instead of providing an actual solution. This is a lazy argument. You don't have to actually have a solution to the problem to make your point; you just have to nitpick whatever inaccuracies there are in the given advice. Not only that, your nitpicking depends on rephrasing and strawmanning the argument. There's no argument here that says "This strategy doesn't work". My argument is backed by my own experience, the countless others who will tell you the same thing, AND neuroscience. https://www.amazon.com/Porn-Damaged-Brain-Neuroscience-Discipline-ebook/dp/B0GN8FX26P In fact, the strategy I laid out follows this book as well. You are massively oversimplifying my point and ultimately just making the knowledge more confusing to access for the person in this post. Instead of tearing down others' personal experiences in fighting lust, how about you propose an actual solution in your own comment here? Are you here to help the original poster or just deconstruct people's experiences fighting lust?
