I purchased 2 Samsonite 2 wheeled cabin bags that are the same size as the Briggs & Riley bag - one is 15 years old & one is 11 years old. Both are still going strong. I gave the 15 year old one to my nephew & got me the new one with a charging port in black. It still looks brand new. It weighs 5.6 lbs (Roughly 1-1/4 lbs LESS than the B&R bag.). I LOVE Briggs & Riley. but, the Samsonite bag is significantly cheaper. &, I feel like I've gotten my money's worth. Some reviewers on Amazon have said that they had quality issues with their bag. But, they seem to be in the minority. And, I have not found that to be the case with my bags. I have a few underseat rollers with the Hinomoto spinner wheels. I specifically chose the Samsonite for European & Egypt trips where the 2-wheel rollerblade type wheels would hold up to the rough cobblestones. I have friends who have had good luck with the Rockland Melrose Underseat roller (also available on Amazon) & the London Fog bag. I had trouble uploading a picture of my Samsonite Roller.
