Mine is a 2015 Countryman JCW All4 but I believe we use the same ATF, which is ATF JWS 3309. I bought it from ECS Tuning. You can check with their customer service by providing your year and model. Link: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-mini-parts/automatic-transmission-fluid-atf-jws-3309-priced-each/83222220438/ I found this YouTube video very helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uP2uvdDCOdY&list=PLmBa_WhfxsA2Cxf4P1iV1dhCVETXu8B83&index=3, although it's in Chinese. However, the video does reference a very helpful text tutorial: https://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/MINI/28-TRANS-Automatic_Transmission_Fluid_Change/28-TRANS-Automatic_Transmission_Fluid_Change.htm I purchased some really low-profile torq set that works very well for dropping the pan without having to drop the subframe, which I strongly recommend you get one as well: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HPD2Q14?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_2&th=1 In addition, I bought a transmission fluid transfer pump, which let you fill the ATF through the drain hole, which is way easier than doing it via the fill hole. It also comes with a couple of adapters, one of which works for MINI. Also recommend you get one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DM5ZN8ZR?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5
