I bought the Thule Gauntlet case just because it was more expensive, over twice the price and the piece of crap fell apart on me, also it has a bad design with the straps which can get caught inside your laptop and crack your display too. Throw a skin on it for protection, if you're in USA then Proskinz makes the most reasonably priced ones as it's all the manufacturers 3m plotter cut vinyl for skins.
