Do you have a filament dryer? You can get one on Amazon there's a bunch of models on sale right now for Prime Days. I just picked up a Sovol SH02. Once you've got one you can dry your filament and see how it goes. Good to have regardless if this is genuinely the issue or not. Also what material is this and what speed are you printing your outer walls at?
