You just need a magic arm. I have this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DN1C9RH2 I use the clamp that came with it to hold a wand. It works well enough, but it would probably be better if you found a more circular clamp or even a microphone holder, but the issue is whatever you use needs to have 1/4” threads to attach to the arm. I tossed the cell phone holder and attached this to the other end to clamp to the chair: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DMZG8T59 You might want an arm longer than 22” if you need to attach it to the bottom of the chair. I attach mine to the arm of the chair.
