I just got one earlier today and it's great accept it was hard to get the monitors lined up and because I'm running 27" monitors I have to be careful about the arm hitting the wall because its too big. The reason why I got one for 32" monitors is because 2 of my monitors are curved 27" (for the curve to line up properly) and I was concerned about reach and about it drooping overtime.
