Don't bother with something this elaborate Start by understanding the plane of motion of your exercises, then work out how to hold and anchor your resistance bands to oppose you in specifically your plane of motion. Band exercises often fail - or get dangerous - because the resistance is applied at an angle to the plane of motion. If you want to make something, in the first instance get a scrap 1/2 inch plywood board, screw some 1/2 inch strips underneath to raise the board off the ground, and drill through holes and use eye bolts as your anchor points. This will let you quickly prototype and fine tune exactly what you need for your goals, exercises and physiology. Start with something like this - you can knock this out in an afternoon.https://www.amazon.com.au/SIEUSALEVN-Fitness-Resistance-Exercise-Natural/dp/B0DK9BBX51/ Me, I'm taking my bands on a four day holiday and the only base I'm using is a 1/2 inch wide flat iron bar. It's good enough.
