My upstairs neighbor was a sweet old man, but a heavy walker. I put these on my ceiling and omg was shocked they worked. I know people say acoustic panels don’t work but I can attest these did! Saved my sanity until he moved out. Looks like Amazon doesn’t sell them anymore 😕 but maybe you can find similar ones with similar reviews. My review is among the bunch lol.
