Guests don't understand how Airbnb really hates anything under 5. I literally got a 4 star rating on something and Airbnb scolded me! Heaven forbid you get a 3, that ACTUALLY is dangerous and they can REMOVE your listing if you get just a few!! Guests don't understand this system isn't a regular system like everything else.
