I should note that the REB with Apocrypha is currently out of print, except in a paperback study Bible (with footnotes) printed by Oxford University Press. However, both Oxford and Cambridge jointly published a hardcover edition with only the biblical text (and very brief translator's notes highlighting textual variants or other possible ways to translate individual verses). The hardcover is routinely available used on eBay (here is one current listing for reference). The hardcover is relatively small, with a font size in the 8.5 pt. range. I have a copy of the hardcover from Cambridge, and the paper quality is good with relatively little show-through. The Oxford Study Bible REB has a somewhat larger font, but not much bigger -- maybe a point larger. Yes, all editions of the NABRE are required to be printed with the footnotes. There are a few editions which print the notes as endnotes at the end of each biblical book, though, rather than at the bottom of each page. The Oxford Large Print NABRE and the Catholic Bible Press NABRE are two examples. It's easier to just read the text in those editions without getting constantly distracted by reading the notes. I'm not familiar with the JPS translation of the Tanakh (Hebrew books of the Old Testament). I've read select passages in David Bentley Hart's New Testament, and I think it's very worthwhile as a reference text to see another possible way of translating the text. It's a highly literal, knotty translation with a very sophisticated vocabulary, so I generally wouldn't recommend it as a first choice for reading the Bible if you want something that will flow well in English. Honestly, the NRSV is a bit easier to read than the NABRE in my opinion. The NABRE keeps difficult grammar and run-on sentences in the original Greek (for the New Testament) in its English, while the NRSV smooths out some of the rough spots and run-on sentences (even though it remains a relatively literal translation in general). Finally, regarding a master-list of approved Bible translations, I don't think there is any official list that combines all the approved translations worldwide. The resources linked on the right-hand side of this subreddit should help you discover a bunch of them. But I think you're well on the way to finding a couple translations that will work for you to get started.
