The pressure bands with Velcro that wrap around the forearm like a tourniquet can be helpful. Really need to figure out which repetitive movement you’re doing that caused the flare and find some other way to complete that action. Otherwise you will just keep getting tendinitis and it never really goes away. https://a.co/d/0bBbfZfX
