These are the games my family plays most often with our 5 & 7 year olds (excluding ones you already have): Piggy Piggy, Quacks & Co, My First Castle Panic, Dragons Breath Also, a maze like this is perfect for a 6 year old. Mine figured out how to beat it in a couple days of practicing. It's hard enough that it'll take an adult several times to learn it but easy enough that a kid can learn to do it.
