You can absolutely homeschool. Network with other homeschoolers who work full time now and start working out what it could look like for your family. There may be ways you can structure your practice or downsize your expenses to give both you and your spouse more time. Your child will also only know this and will grow with you as you adjust your lifestyle to homeschooling. I recently started listening to The OT is In with Sarah Collins the Homeschool OT - it wouldn't hurt to reach out to her and find out how their family does it. I'm also reading Homeschool Hacks by Linsey Knerl in anticipation of returning to work. I seriously lost balance in 2024 and I don't want a repeat of that year! I just started the book, so no review yet. Most of my meetings are in the evening or Saturday morning, which makes it easier to work while doing school.
