I'm not using any fan control within unraid, just from the MB. They don't seem to run more than 2400rpm.My rack is mesh front and side - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001TGUYI2Rack fans only connect to 120v power. They run full throttle all the time. - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006XEFZ6GTripp Lite says they run at 50db but that is 100% a lie. They are loud af. Unfortunately I dont know ambient temps off hand, but I can stick a thermostat down there and respond a bit later.
