I used this for three months while waiting for my permanent charger to be installed: https://a.co/d/00MluKtG . At no time did I feel unsafe. More importantly, at no point did my spouse feel unsafe. I have the 25-foot version. I see they make a fifty-footer. As a temporary solution, I’m comfortable. I toss it and a portable L2 charger in my Kia EV9 when I travel. Between the 25 feet on the charger and the J1772 extender, I can charge at pretty much any single family home or AirBnB.

I have one like this https://a.co/d/0eiZJwvv It's quite bulky and heavy, but if you're keeping it in the garage and not in your car like I do then it's probably not a huge issue. Personally I'd keep charging at 32A or less just to be on the safe side here.
