Get a hardwired EVSE that allows you to set the current with dip switches or a rotary switch. The reason why 24A level 2 hardwired chargers don’t exist is that they wouldn’t be any cheaper than a 48A unit and you can simply buy a 48A unit and configure it for lower current circuits, so why bother having multiple SKUs? Unfortunately, not all EVSEs have a 30A circuit (24A charging) option.
