The Nexen or the Blackhawk would be my preference out of those choices. Crossmax is junk, Goodyear is meh. Personally, I'd recommend these for budget tires: https://www.walmart.com/ip/285591696?sid=a49637a9-d762-47f1-8731-44c0dd32ebe0 They seem to last a good while and the asymmetrical tread is going to be better in rain and snow than all seasons with symmetrical tread.
