Ohhhh that's so pretty. You don't have to bleach your hair at all. A semi-perm dye would absolutely give you this hair color. I'm not sure what brand to suggest though, so I'll let someone else to that. It's a research spiral lol. For that pretty jewel tone, I'd probably try mixing some reds & purples from Arctic Fox. But there are PLENTY of normal non-costume color box dyes from mainstream brands like Revlon/Garnier that could give you this color.
