I don't know what your budget is, but I bought this in 2021 and its still going strong. We also have the B&W version for when long documents need to be printed. There is no membership, I can get cheapish ink refills that last a long time and anybody can print from any device in the house (there are limits on what the kids are allowed to print without asking). https://a.co/d/09szLM18 I think I've bought ink once in that time for the color.
