It did. Unfortunately it seems to have had limited print runs (one in 2016, one in 2021, which is the one I got) so the pricing is three times what I paid and what it ought to be. Might be ideal to see if lower priced used copies pop up on eBay or what not: https://a.co/d/0a8Z0gB2
