My current noodle doesn’t have it but my previous one had really severe separation anxiety. This book helped me train him to stay alone for 2-3h so I recommend it: https://www.amazon.com/Be-Right-Back-Overcome-Separation/dp/1999296605 Generally it took time and a lot of effort to get to that but by sticking to the routine you can see some effects after a couple of weeks already, like leaving him for 5-10 minutes.
