It could be the dock because there has been cheap docks out there and honestly the only people i never see complain about things like that is because they would usually have a sound bar hooked up to their dock which i am using a sound bar on my dock right now because i wanted better sounds than what my TV speakers can produce. I am using this one as well in case you might be a little curious which again the sound coming from it is so much better and i find it to be clearer.
