I came here to recommend you reinforce your current state of mind by submerging yourself with quit lit, podcasts and coming to this Reddit daily. It kind of has to become your new obsession, replacing drinking. I quit similarly to you, on my own, not discussing it with anyone, and that is what worked for me. It became less about willpower and more about a new frame of mind that came about from research and understanding alcohol. There’s tons of great resources out there.
