Hey there! 2026 AWD XL 2.0L EcoBoost owner here with a 4K Tow Package and Copilot 360. My XL has all 4 drive modes and I believe these are universal to all trims. (Eco, Normal, Sport, Slippery) My Tailgate has a key lock near the handle like you describe. I believe they're referring to the McGard Tailgate Lock which is an accessory to prevent someone from removing your tailgate from your truck not to keep it from opening. (https://www.ford.com/product/tailgate-lock-by-mcgard-p2734376674) I'm not entirely certain where the last 2 they're describing are (assuming on the bed near the tailgate), but for the 2 "not provided" anchors on the XL closer to the cab on the bed. The holes are present but not tapped with threads. People have advised using these anchors which supposedly have the correct spacing (https://a.co/d/0fUcHKFz) and 4x "M8-1.25 x 25mm Flanged Hex Head Bolts". But again, you'll need to tap these holes before mounting the anchors. I haven't needed to strap down too much other than a bandsaw on a stand, and some 4x8 sheet material with my truck, but I only ended up using 4 anchor points and seemed more than sufficient. The cab side bed anchors I do plan on adding though as it'd be nice to be able to hold things down, not just in. With the tailgate down, it has an anchor on each side too, so this is how I held the material down. I unfortunately can't really speak to this. The dealer I bought from had several XL 2.0L EcoBoost with 4k Tow Package along with several Hybrid AWDs with the 4k Tow Package.
