Dell SE2426HG Easily the best price-to-peformance 1080p monitor under/at 100 bucks. 240hz and real HDMI 2.1, the stand sucks though

I'm pretty sure the Dell SE2426HG has everything you want, plus an even faster refresh rate.

Out of that list, I would lean Dell SE2426HG. It fits under $150 with IPS, DisplayPort, and 240 Hz. Main catch is the basic tilt only stand, so use a VESA arm if height matters.
