Nomoy Pet ND-26 5 watt 10.0 uvb bulb. It's not in a tube form though :( This is not a suitable light either. It's LED based which means it most likely will not produce the correct range of wavelengths or at the right intensity. Most of these generic LED lights don't produce the right spectrum of light and should be avoided. Is it necessary for the basking light to be a tube light? I'm currently using a dual reflector dome for the uv and infrared bulbs so I would have to change the lighting layout if I switch to a t5 tube The T5 tubes deliver a higher dose of UVB than the compact bulb type. Especially given the condition of your turtles and the current deficiency problem you're dealing with, I think it should be a priority to try and provide as much as you can to help fix the issue. You can continue using the dome for your 50 watt halogen heat lamp but I would remove the infrared bulb entirely in either case. You might try looking for a seller on eBay that ships internationally, like this one. With this 22" model you could perhaps place Kimchi and Tomyam's tanks next to each other and span the single lamp across both basking areas. Your other option besides a T5 bulb would be a Mercury Vapor bulb which can replace both the UVB and heat bulb in a single dome socket, however these are typically only available in higher wattages like 75-100w and up so you may need to place them farther away from the basking platform. I found an example of that on Amazon SG which claims to ship to Malaysia.
