There are several “mini’ printers on the market for around $100 or less. Take a look at the Micro+, the Monoprice mini, and similar variations on the cantilevered design of the “mini” like this one: https://a.co/d/07Q53D8Y. You won’t be able to print very big enclosures with any of these. The cheapest 3D printers lack refinements that make the process easier, and may also lack quality control so they can be frustrating to use. Most end up as e-waste within a year or so. With your budget and intended use, you will probably do better to find a used printer on Facebook marketplace. Have the seller show you how it works. Have them actually start a print and watch it lay down the first layer successfully before you buy it. If it can’t do that, don’t buy it. First layer adhesion is a major battle with many of the entry level printers from years past.
