Order one of these instead, and let your build plates cool before pulling parts off https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09MCRG9D5

Sometimes things will stick to the build plate. Scrapers are nice to get them off. A lot of printers ship with metal ones, but those can damage your build plate and people are constantly posting in here about how they cut themselves with those scrapers, so I recommend something like this

For kids especially, I would want to use rubber scrapers

You can't scrape your bed or cut yourself with something like this. It's cheap, works MUCH better than 3D printed scrapers, and safe. I really like mine and have used it for projects all over the place (scraping lettering off my boat, build plates, cleaning kitchen counters, etc) and I'm still on the first rubber blade after 2 months. YMMV. I thought a clog poke would come with the printer Some printers come with the nozzle pokes. They're like acupuncture needles, basically. They're good for clearing the bottom of the nozzle. If you get a clog though, you'll want something much stiffer. This guy is Creality's best product, and it's saved my two nozzles in the 3 months I've had it.

Whenever there's a new owner asking what accessories to get, I always recommend these rubber scrapers -- they're way more durable than the 3D printed scrapers, and while not as strong as metal, I usually recommend them so you don't ruin your build plate But I guess your hands are at least as important as your build plate Stay safe, homie! It's a hell of a printer to start out with For colors, you'll eventually want every color, but start out figuring out what you want to print. For me, I started out with wood and neutral tones because I wanted to print stuff for around the house. If you want to print spider-man figurines, get red and blue. You'll probably want more black, white, and gray than (eg) red) For utility items, it'll come with a scraper, but don't use it. The main items you'll want to consider getting: Deburring tool Flush cutters Alternate build plates (look into Supertack and Cryogrip) A way to dry your filament and/or store dried filament Creality's Best Product I like these scrapers because they can't ruin your PEI plate and they're much more durable than anything you're likely to print
