The "EV rating" on that receptacle is not likely to be legit. The setup looks like this cheap one that sold under different overseas throw-away brand names. If it's the one in that picture, the receptacle is from YUEQING XIONGDA ELECTRONICS, and might be this one that is sold as EV grade, but if you look at the back, it's just an ordinary cheap one with philips screws that couldn't be tightened well enough. EV rated measns nothing: Hardwire or use Hubble or Bryant 9450.
