It's a perfectly solid PC sure. But without any real demanding use cases, you could cut down costs on the motherboard and case and especially that memory. I see you're focusing heavily on getting CL30, but it is not worth the extra near $150 you're having to spend to get it versus CL36 or something. It does mean a slight step down in memory IC most likely, but we're talking small percent differences in performance, nothing game changing or that will give your PC much better longevity or anything. And those differences will only really be tangible in more demanding CPU workloads. For normal, everyday and lighter usage, it will not make any perceptible difference whatsoever. Get a $400 6000Mhz/CL36 kit instead, seriously. Save that money. Will still perform just fine! Case is more personal choice, but you could definitely find a decent enough case for like $60-80 if you really wanted. Motherboard is complicated depending on what you need to be plugging into it, but a Tomahawk MAX is slightly more on the enthusiast side.
