This is a lovely piece! If you’d check yours have a lot of vintage or antique pieces, you should consider buying a magnifying glass and or a jeweler’s loupe. They’re pretty cheap on Amazon….. got a magnifying glass with LEDs for $10 and a decent loupe for $8 a few months ago. So much easier to find and read hallmarks! Looks like a ding on the edge. That will take it to a 9.5 or lower, depending on where you send it for grading. Value drops dramatically when it goes from a 10 to a 9, unless it's a rare vintage card. I'm going through this now as I evaluate my dad's vintage card collection. Get yourself a JMH magnifying glass with an LED light, it's the first thing I grab when I discover a valuable card in my dad's collection. It picks up what the naked eye can't, and the cold light really exposes dings and dents. It's broken my heart many times lol That said, if the naked eye doesn't catch what the magnifying glass does, it could be what they call a "gambler's 10," meaning you're hoping the grader doesn't see it or lets it pass because it doesn't distract from the overall pristine look. The ding on your card is apparent though. The centering is borderline. They've gotten really tough on that. I just ran your card through the PSA scanner (app on iPhone) and it still has strong value at PSA 5 and higher (a PSA 9 sold for $420 yesterday), so depending on what you bought it for you could sell it raw. Or hold as a collector long term.
