I recently bought this one and it’s surprisingly well-made. It’s sturdy and thickly insulated and the metal rack in the bottom is heavy duty. It was also on sale for $10 less than this price, so very inexpensive. I tested its ability to maintain heat with remote BBQ temperature probes and the controller was 1-2 degrees higher than what my probes read. You could easily put a small thermometer inside with your bread to monitor the interior temperature and adjust accordingly. I also tested putting ice or a cool bottle of water in it for when my house is too warm. I haven’t used it for a bake yet but I’m very pleased with it. https://a.co/d/0fZOxHtT
