Something that helped mitigate the rashes/itching in moist areas (which my dr told me was a yeast infection) I began to use tummy liners under my apron /pannus/belly flap. I also was having some issues with my belly button and now I use cotton wipes to help absorb moisture.I do use body powder- any kind you prefer would work, even dollar tree sells lightly scented body powders. For the itching you may benefit from clotrimazole which OTC anywhere. Use sparingly and light layer so more moisture doesn’t build up.
