Basically just drilled new holes, not terribly hard. The bags have a metal internal bracket to support the bags which is why I bought them. Surprisingly the bracket mounting bracket holes and holes are drilled in the bags line up. I bought stainless Allen heads to mount them up. The whole thing cost me a bit over $100. Note, they are "pleather" not real leather and do not lock, they have straps with a cinch/clasp. I absolutely love them.
