I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this. I would probably experiment with using tape to secure your mask to your face without straps and/or find your best option for earloop masks and use tape at the nose bridge instead of the wire. I would also probably buy a box of surgical masks and experiment with ways to get the best seal you can, since "healthcare" facilities usually think surgicals are acceptable.
