I got a magnetic strip off amazon that I put on the wall above my desk, it comes with magnets. When I get an order I print the packing slip and stick it on the strip. Newest orders go on the right, and most urgent orders to ship go on the left. So as I pack orders I take left most packing slip and move everything over. Very similar to what you'd see in a restaurant for making sure orders are filled and in order.
