This is kind of a tough one. Not a knock on what you are asking for but 32" qhd is a slim market due to the low PPI. If color is your top priority then IPS is likely the way to go. VA's can have good color but they are better at contrast and tend to be slower for gaming. OLED is king but there is nothing at this price range for 32" This Samsung is 319 right now and might fit the bill. https://a.co/d/07j7O6mo Dell used to make one but I can't find it anymore. I tested a bunch of 32" inch monitors a couple of years back and landed on the Samsung G7 mini LED. It's VA but the colors were great and the contrast was beautiful. Plus it was 4k and the softeness of QHD at 32" bothered pand since I used it for work more than 50% of the time I opted out of an OLED. Real winner here would be an OLED for colors. If you can stretch to 350 you could get 27" QD OLED at this price range that would visually blow everything else away. Here is a Samsung G5 on sale. https://a.co/d/03TShfww Now I know that is completely not what you were asking for but just food for thought. It would give you amazing colors, incredible contrast, and good PPI.
