I don't feel a need to swap lenses quickly, so I put them in a backpack. I find that a 27 liter backpack fits under the seat in front of you in case the overhead storage is full. https://a.co/d/0h0qcB3a is my favorite. You might also bring a receipt, or at least an image of a receipt so other countries don't try to collect a duty. You also need to carry all lithium batteries on board.
