You'll definitely carry it with the tripod foot attached, because it doesn't come off. If you want to carry it enclosed most of the time, and attached to the camera, and only get the whole setup out when you need it, I have a very slim backpack type way to do it. It will fit an R5, R6ii and R7, with the 200-800, but it fits so exactly it will not take an R5ii. I use this, Nicama LB1 Deluxe Water-Resistant Camera Lens Pouch, about $50, and attach individual straps to each side and carry it like a backpack. I'm not even sure an R6iii will fit. If the R6iii isn't thicker than an R7 or R5 or R6ii, it will work. I'll try to find out later and edit this if it definitely won't fit. It's the most streamlined way I could figure out how to carry these.

I use this, as a backpack, so I can carry it attached to the camera. That's how I go shooting, but just as a lens pouch it's probably a little long.
