Before you do any of the things i did, maybe buy some thermometers (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097HF322L) to check whether the fridge is getting cold enough or not. Here are my tips: Add 1-2" of polystyrene insulation to the fridge body (whichever fits), I bought a hot knife (https://www.harborfreight.com/130-watt-hot-knife-70931.html) to cut it and it saved so much time and made no mess 1000% recommend. I bought this fridge fan (https://www.amazon.com/Beech-Lane-Connection-Batteries-Recirculates/dp/B0B7SCYGK7), you can splice it into the fridge light or just drill a hole out the back and run the wire through there. My fridge has a small freezer and that is where the cold comes from, so i pointed the fan at that so it can blow the cold air to the rest of the fridge. I've been having a problem with my fridge since I bought it (TruckFridge 130), it has always struggled to stay cool so I bought this thermometer (https://www.amazon.com/Inkbird-Temperature-Controller-Fahrenheit-Thermostat/dp/B019I3YCFS) to replace the one it came with; it works so much better My fridge has a compressor with a 120mm fan sucking hot air away; I replaced it with a more powerful one, then added an extra fan so that it blows on the compressor to create a wind-tunnel like thing.

We have had very good results with the Govee brand of sensors for this purpose. They make a variety of sensors, the ones we use send alerts to your phone like you want, are very easy to set up, and the batteries last a long time. I think we paid something like $20 for a pair of them. https://a.co/d/0gMRTCZg

I specifically use Rubbermaid Brilliance since it has a rubber seal and is air tight, you can exchange the tupper-ware or the govee hygrometers for any brand you prefer but this is just what I went with, maybe one day I will upgrade to a coolidor or something like that but for now this works well and I don't have to put much thought into it like you would with a wooden humidor. I just use one of the large size boveda packs, you could probably use two of the smaller ones too, percentage is up to your preference as well Govee bluetooth Hygrometer: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B097HF322L?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 Rubbermaid containers: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JCNEJVQ?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
