When you buy the lens, if it's a third party lens you'll need to check and see if it is an EF mount, which is the Canon DSLR mount. If you see EF-S and EF lenses, both of them will work on your camera. The EF-S designation is for lenses designed for APS-C sensor cameras like yours. The difference between 100mm and 105mm is not much - it's about 5% more zoomed in. In terms of a macro lens, that basically means that the working distance of the lens for maximum magnification is 5% further away. Here's a Sigma 105mm for Canon EF Mount: https://www.amazon.com/Sigma-105mm-Macro-Canon-Camera/dp/B0058NYVXG I'm not up to date on 3rd party flashes so I can't help you there.
